"Everything will be according to the law": the prosecutor in the Bishimbaev case commented on the case of Sherzat Bolat.

Ayzhan Aymaganova posted a video on her Instagram account, where she addressed questions from her followers.

"In the previous segment and in the comments, there were many questions regarding the case of Sherzat. It’s true, everyone is heartbroken, including myself; I am also worried. However, it’s important to understand that each prosecutor has their own workspace.

I know that there are competent and fair prosecutors in the Almaty region. What is needed here is patience. I believe everything will be handled according to the law," Aymaganova noted.

Recently, the akim of the Almaty region, Marat Sultangaziev, spoke at a briefing at the SCC about the investigation into the murder of Sherzat Bolat in Talgar and urged Kazakhstanis to be patient and trust the information provided by law enforcement agencies.

At that time, the Almaty region prosecutor's office reported that the pre-trial investigation into the murder of Sherzat Bolat is nearing completion, all necessary investigative actions have been carried out, and all suspects have been detained. Prior to this, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Sanjar Adilov also reported the completion of the investigation into the case.

It should be noted that the high-profile murder of the 16-year-old Sherzat Bolat occurred in Talgar on the night of October 4. A total of 11 individuals have been detained in connection with this case.

On December 9, the body of Sherzat Bolat's uncle was found on the outskirts of Talgar. Preliminary reports suggest he committed suicide. Later, the police released his suicide note correspondence with a relative.

During the funeral of the late uncle of Sherzat Bolat, Nurkanat Gayipbaev, the father of the murdered teenager, Karzhaubai Nurymov, was detained.

Subsequently, the man was arrested for 15 days for hooliganism. His sister was also detained, while another sister of Nurymov was fined 74,000 tenge.
